Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) is a program for those regular students who have completed their 10 +2 examination. Jakir Hossain Institute of Pharmacy provides 2 years D.Pharm course on full time basis. Our D.Pharm course is affiliated & approved by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education and Pharmacy Council of India. D. Pharm course is a career-oriented program in the areas of pharmaceutical sciences, even may be useful for admission in B.Pharm course in the lateral level i.e. in the 2nd year of B.Pharm. It introduces the students to the basic concepts of pharmaceutical science and prepares them with the necessary skill and academic knowledge to secure positions in retail pharmacies for pharmaceutical companies. This D.Pharm degree stresses on the elaboration of the medical field including preparation, dispensing and appropriate use of medication. Candidates can choose to pursue B. Pharm, B. Pharm Lateral and Pharma. D after completing the D. Pharm course.
